Hi Phil and Helena,

I just wanted to email you with a belated thank you. I know Andrew gave you some feedback, but I thought I would give some more, having now spoken to all my guests. The reports were of overwhelming success! One of my bridesmaid's told me the goat's cheese terrine was the best thing she's ever tasted (and she's half french). Everyone had seconds and a few thirds. There were a lot of foodies present and they were hugely impressed with all of the food. Your guys (I'm really sorry, I've forgotten their names), were really helpful, pleasant and even put aside a plate of puddings for Ben and I before our greedy guests had eaten them all! It was really important to me that the food was a success and you absolutely delivered.
