How many people can Browns Vibe cater for?
From an intimate dinner for family and friends in the comfort of your own home, to an infinite crowd – talk to us about how many guests you have to feed, and we’re sure to have a solution.

What’s included in the per head price?
• Your Browns Vibe Menu

• Consultation and management of the booking and confirmation process

• A Chef on location

• A Front of House Manager on location for up to 6 hours from the time of arrival

Can you provide cutlery, crockery, and glassware?
Yes, our comprehensive ‘place setting’ hire charges start at £5.75 plus Vat per person. The charge includes the provision of white crockery, stainless steel cutlery, and wine/water glassware for your meal.

What about table linen and furniture?
We can hire these items for you to meet your exact requirements, to include crisp white table linen, chair covers, circular or rectangular dining tables, and a choice of chairs with all hired items charged in addition to the menu per head price.

Can you provide a menu and wine list for the table?

I want a caterer that can provide the food and the drinks for my event

I’d like to provide the drinks for my event, but I don’t want the hassle of serving them, can you help?

Are you able to provide food for our band, and photographer, as well as our guests?
Please feel free to talk to us about who you would like us to provide for them and when. A simple main course, selection of sandwiches or light finger food will usually do the trick, all of which can easily be accommodated when we discuss the overall requirements for your event.

I don’t need Browns Vibe staff, but I do want Browns Vibe food!
We offer a ‘delivery only’ service for Canapes, dressed Buffets, Corporate Lunches, Picnic Menus, High Teas and ready to heat meals. Please contact us for more information.

I have a guest that has a gluten and dairy free diet, can you help?
Help us to help you by informing us of any guests that may have special dietary requirements, so that we can provide them with a flavoursome and exciting menu too.

I need help with other aspects of my event, like flowers and decorations, entertainment, a photographer, and then there’s the cake!
With all of our catering and events experience under our belts, we have some fantastic recommended suppliers for all the extra things you may need, so feel free to contact us for further advice and assistance.

I am planning to have a marquee on my front lawn at home. What sort of catering do you suggest?
You have a choice of many different styles:

A buffet, where your guests come and help themselves to a range of food displayed on tables in the marquee.

A hot or cold sit down meal, where your guests remain seated and waiting staff serve food to the table for the duration of the wedding breakfast.

A canape reception, a substantial selection of small bite sized eats circulated by waiting staff through out the marquee for the duration of the reception

A hog roast , A hot spit roasted pig cooked on site and served alongside a buffet offering both hot and cold food.

What sort of menu would you recommend ?
You can choose whatever you want, We can supply you with a menu choice or you can make your own recommendations and we will give you a quote for you requirements.

I anticipate it will be sometime into the event before we eat. Would you offer anything prior to the meal?
On entering the venue, your guests could be met with a glass of champagne, pimms or a drink of your choice followed by a selection of canapés circulated to everyone as they mingle and chat. The canapés would have been chosen to compliment the meal and cater for all tastes.

I live in the middle of nowhere – is that a problem?
Not at all. Everything need for the day can be provided – even fresh water and ice for drinks if there is none. Should you choose to have a hot meal, cookers can be hired in and a complete kitchen can be arranged.

Do we have to clean up afterwards?
No – everything supplied for the reception is taken away on the day except for table cloths and glasses. Staff can happily return the following day for a final clear up.

I want Browns Vibe at my event, how can I secure a booking?
To secure a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking, which will be offset against the final invoice total.
