We will provide you with bespoke menus to suit your individual tastes and budgets. Whether it's afternoon tea, a canapé reception or a three course meal, give us your requirements and we will make sure it's a day you and your guests remember.
We will send out menu suggestions based on the season and venue. They will be suggestions, so should you wish to 'mix and match' various dishes, or if you have any thoughts or special requirements of your own then we will try and incorporate them. We specialise in tailor making a menu to suit your own particular very individual needs and seasonal variations. Once a menu has been discussed we can arrange for a tasting, so as to ensure that you are quite happy not only with the balance and style of the meal but also the accompanying wines and drinks. Apart from the featured menus, we are more than happy to serve food from a barbecue, or hot buffet as well as offering for example whole roast legs of lamb served to each table to be carved by the guests themselves, (a great ice breaker), large cottage pies, bangers & mash with onion gravy and so on. We can set out a selection of hot or cold dishes on each table thus avoiding queues at a large self service buffet. In fact the options and variation are endless. With our vast knowledge and experience not only can we help you come up with new and inventive ideas but can also put you in touch with our contacts regarding marquee hire, entertainment, flowers, music, photographers, fireworks and so on.
Our award wining restaurant in your garden Brownsvibe is one of the few companies in the entire South-West able to provide a complete event solution. A typical “complete package” for your wedding will include: Your complete marquee with dance floor, furniture, lighting, flooring, catering area, electric connections, mobile toilets and much more. Your complete catering package, to include all food, staff, crockery, cutlery, linen, glasses, fridges and cookers. Your complete drinks supply (or service of your own drinks), to include glasses, chilling equipment, staff and recycling. Complete setting up and clearance of the event. We do it all! You have no need to source your marquee from one contractor, your catering from a second and your drinks from another. This is a complicated option which frequently results in problems. Think about it and leave it all with us!
